The Black Mom Ish Foundation is dedicated to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion. This policy applies to all staff, volunteers, board members, partners, and participants engaged with The Black Mom Ish Foundation. It encompasses all aspects of our operations, including programming, hiring practices, partnerships, and community engagement.

This includes race, ethnicity, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, socioeconomic status, and other characteristics that make individuals unique.

Implementation
To uphold this policy, The Black Mom Ish Foundation will:
