Refunds & Returns Policy
Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Eligibility
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, with tags/packaging intact.
Non-returnable: final-sale/clearance, gift cards, digital downloads, custom/made-to-order items, and worn/washed apparel. Sets/bundles must be returned complete.
How to Start a Return
Email info@blackmomish.com with your order number and item(s).
We’ll reply with instructions and the return address: 19710 Governors Hwy Ste#5, Flossmoor, IL 60422.
Ship back within 14 days of approval. Use a trackable service; include your order number in the package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error or the item was defective on arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Fastest method: place a new order for the size/color you want and submit a return for the original.
If stock allows, we can process a one-time size exchange for the same item. Email info@blackmomish.com
Refunds
After inspection, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take additional time to post.
Items returned worn/washed or not in saleable condition may be denied or refunded partially.
Defective Items
If an item is defective within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. Normal wear and tear isn’t a defect.
Gifts
Gift returns are refunded to the original purchaser. If that’s not possible, we can issue store credit to the recipient.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Email info@blackmomish.com within 2 hours of placing your order. After fulfillment begins, we can’t modify or cancel.
Taxes
Sales tax is applied where required by law based on your shipping address.
