Order Processing
Orders ship from Flossmoor. Processing time: 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
Preorders/backorders ship on the date listed on the product page. Mixed carts ship when all items are ready.
Carriers & Services
We ship exclusively via USPS. Service levels shown at checkout are based on weight and destination, typically:
USPS Ground Advantage (economy, most packages)
USPS Priority Mail (faster, includes USPS insurance)
USPS Priority Mail Express (fastest, limited availability)
We deliver to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Rates & Calculation
Shipping is calculated by weight, destination, and selected USPS service at checkout.
Free-shipping promos (when offered) apply to the order subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Estimated Transit Times (after processing)
Ground Advantage: 3–7 business days
Priority Mail: 2–4 business days
Priority Mail Express: 1–2 business days
USPS timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Tracking
A tracking email goes out when your label is created. USPS tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
Address Issues
Enter your address carefully. We aren’t responsible for delays or returns caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses. If a package returns to us, we can reship once a second postage fee is paid.
Delivery Problems
If USPS marks your package Delivered and you can’t locate it, check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office first.
Report missing or stolen packages to info@blackmomish.com within 7 days of the “Delivered” scan. We’ll help you file a USPS claim. Replacements/refunds for USPS-confirmed loss are handled case-by-case.
Damaged/Wrong Item
Email: info@blackmomish.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll make it right.
Holidays & Weather
USPS can experience seasonal or weather-related delays. We ship on time; in-transit delays are outside our control.
